Join our teachers from Pure Yoga at the studio. The goal of mat pilates is to promote physical and mental well-being by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness, no matter what level of fitness you’re at. This will be designed as a basic Pilates class with opportunities to modify and simplify each series to serve all humans regardless of where you are in your Pilates journey. If you suffer from spinal injuries or osteoporosis, please contact your physician before participating. This class will run for a series of Saturdays.
