Mat Pilates
Join our teachers from Pure Yoga at the studio. The goal of mat pilates is to promote physical and mental well-being by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness, no matter what level of fitness you’re at. This will be designed as a basic Pilates class with opportunities to modify and simplify each series to serve all humans regardless of where you are in your Pilates journey. If you suffer from spinal injuries or osteoporosis, please contact your physician before participating. This class will run for a series of Saturdays.
Paint & Sip Valentine’s Edition: Wine Glasses

Kids' Art Pop Up atRed Bank Artisan Collective
Join Ms Carolyn at the Red Bank Artisan Collective for a pop up art class for kids. Young artists ages 7 and up will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of MDF wood design cutouts. They will then get to paint and decorate their chosen pieces, adding their own personal flair. Once finished, each creation will be ready to hang on the wall, giving kids a chance to showcase their talent and take home a personalized masterpiece!

Pottery Paint Night at Crabs Claw Inn
Join me for a creative pottery painting night! Choose from a variety of pottery pieces- shells, planters, trinket dishes, vases, figurines and candle holders- and bring them to life with your own designs. Please note that designs are subject to quantities available, so we recommend arriving 10 minutes early to pick your favorite piece and color palette. We provide everything you need: aprons, paints and supplies. Take home your masterpiece with a glossy sealant- no kiln firing necessary.
Pottery & Pose: Chakra Flow & Creativity Workshop
Join us for a unique and creative journey through the chakras!
We’ll begin with a 45-minute chakra-balancing yoga flow, moving through postures that align each energy center from root to crown. This gentle yet powerful practice will help you feel grounded, open, and in flow with your inner creativity.
After class, you’ll bring the rainbow to life by painting your own chakra-inspired vase. Using color symbolism and intention, you’ll design a beautiful rainbow vase to represent balance, harmony, and personal expression.

Bring your bestie or partner to join us for a couples' wine glass paint night! The $75.00 ticket price is PER PAIR ( meaning 2 people). Each person paints one stemmed wine glass. Choose from our collection of heart-themed stencils and embellishments. Carolyn from Beach House Studio will guide you with color palette and design choices. You'll each enjoy a complimentary drink while celebrating friendship, love, and creativity with a splash of paint! We will be in their private room and you can order food at additional costs to eat while you paint.

Yin to Vin Workshop with Beth
This is what your body and mind is craving! The Yin to Vin Experience allows you to combine passive and active poses to challenge the body and strengthen the mind.
Beth will guide you on the mat by incorporating approximately 30 minutes of yin yoga to deeply access and stretch and release the bodies connective tissues, fascia and ligaments clearing out what no longer services you feeling nourished.
Followed by a Vinyasa Practice to improve energy flow by flowing seamlessly from pose to pose and igniting that internal power. You will feel it to heal it!
Class will end with a guided meditation to embody relaxation and healing energy.
Lavallette Hometown Christmas

We may even have something specila for the adults to create! This event will be held in the Lavallette Fire House between Philadelphia Ave. & Bay Blvd. See you there!

Celebrate the spirit of gratitude at our Friendsgiving event designed for kids ages 5 and up! Join us for a drop- off event. We will create beautiful, golden gratitude tree masterpieces to express what they're thankful for this season. In addition to the art project, kids will color a festive Thanksgiving table placemat, perfect for setting the mood at their holiday tables at home. Aromatherapy Yoga: Elevating your yoga experience with scents

Tea Leaf Reading Workshop & Sound Bath with Janet Wood
Everyone will receive a cup and saucer (suitable for reading leaves), and cleansing crystal.We will begin with learning the history of Tasseography along with a demonstration.You will sip your tea allowing yourself to tap into your intuition, begin reading your leaves, and see what symbols and shapes jump out at you.
