Mat Pilate's goal is to promote physical & mental well-being by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness, no matter your current level of fitness. This will be designed as a basic Pilates class with opportunities to modify & amplify each series to serve all humans regardless of where you are in your Pilates journey. If you suffer from spinal injuries or osteoporosis, please contact your physician before participating.Pre- registration is required.
