Join Lisa Pepper and try a new workout class! Pound is a cardio-based workout that combines cardio, strength training, and drumming-inspired movements using lightly weighted drumsticks called Ripstix. This is a fun group class setting movements to music that you will want to sing along to! Pre-registration is required.
